Centrifugal force.
Children in a laundry basket traveling in a circle behave as if experiencing an outward force. This force, known as the centrifugal force, depends on the mass of the children, the speed of rotation, and the distance from the center. The more children, the greater the force; the greater the speed of the object, the greater the force; and the greater the distance from the center, the greater the thrill.

Airports.
The Jones family just returned from a lovely getaway at Donner Lake. This was our fist airline trip with both of our children. The flight into Reno was pretty smooth; that is with the exception of our baggage. We had 2 car seats, 3 suitcases, 3 carry ons, a collapsible cradle and a stroller. And that was packing light. Buy the time we made it to the gate the A group was just boarding.
On the return flight we ran into a lengthy delay, but thats just how flying is these days. At least that equates to free cocktail service.
Cyrus tells us that when you drag your carry on it is called " mowing". Quite funny. He was a little spooked on our departure, but he soon warmed up to his etch a sketch. And I to my Heineken. He slept the whole way on our return. The delay at Reno was long and right through his naptime.
Frances on the airplane is like a baby piggy. Loud squeals and to wiggly to hold onto. Not that into sleeping at all.
All and all we were happy with our flight on Southwest and look forward to more flights to come.

Our new friend
Wow. Look at that cute baby raccoon. I am surprised to see such a foresty little tyke ramblin through our neighborhood. Cyrus, Jen and I followed him around for a bit while he was looking for his family. So sad. I wanted to give him a snack, but we were afraid the lil rascal could become a permanent guest. Not a great idea with our part cat part gargoyle tabby Nutter Butter. We said "Sianara" as he ambled down the dark lonley street.
Good luck lil rascal. Thank you for stopping by.
